Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mohrwolfe Assistant, a WhatsApp-based assistant provided by MohrWolfe Limited (“Mohrwolfe”, “we”, “us”) that helps you manage your calendar and send email on your behalf (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service lets you interact with an assistant over WhatsApp to read your calendar, create and update calendar events, and send emails at your instruction. The Service connects to your Google account through Google's official APIs once you grant permission.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the instructions you give the assistant, including the content of any emails you ask it to send and any events you ask it to create.
  • You must have the right to connect the Google account you authorise and to send messages from it.
  • You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to send spam or content that violates the rights of others.

Connecting and disconnecting your account

You grant access to your Google account voluntarily and can revoke it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops the Service from accessing your Google data.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohrwolfe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for reviewing actions the assistant takes on your behalf.
