Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MohrWolfe Limited (“MohrWolfe”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use mohrwolfe.com, what we use it for, who helps us process it, and how you can have it changed or deleted. It covers the free AI Missed Opportunity Score and its paid report, the free library, the Alice chat assistant, call booking, and the analytics and advertising tags on the site.

1. Who we are

We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to the email above.

2. What we collect

  • AI Missed Opportunity Score. The website address and email you enter, whether you left the scoreboard box ticked, and what our scanner reads from the public pages of that website. If you buy the full report we also keep the answers you give before checkout (for example team size, the tools you use, a social handle and your biggest problem) and the payment record from Stripe.
  • Free library. Your first name, email and consent when you unlock it, plus which pages you came in through.
  • Alice, the chat assistant. Everything you type into the chat, and any name, email, business or need you share with it.
  • Call booking. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name and email under its own policy. We record that a booking happened.
  • Where you came from.Campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters, fbclid, gclid), the website that referred you, your approximate location (country and city, from our hosting provider), your browser's user-agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address used to limit abuse.
  • Server logs. Standard request data such as IP address, user-agent, page requested and time, kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the site.

3. What we use it for

  • To run the score: read the website, write the result, email it to you, and deliver the paid report.
  • To send the free library, its login links, and occasional notes from Felix by email.
  • To answer you in the chat, and to follow up when you ask us to.
  • To see which posts, ads and pages bring people to the site, and to measure our advertising.
  • To prevent abuse, keep the site secure, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. What becomes public

If you leave the box “Show my score on the public scoreboard” ticked, the website's domain, business type, scores, a screenshot of its home page and the date appear on the public scoreboard, linked to the score report. Your email and name are never shown. Every score email has a one-click link to take the listing down, or email us. Score reports live at private, unguessable links that search engines are told not to index. Anyone you share the link with can open it, and we delete a report on request.

5. Who processes it for us

  • Vercel hosts the site, runs it, keeps server logs, and stores files such as scoreboard screenshots and free library sign-ups.
  • Neon hosts the database that stores score requests and results.
  • Firecrawl, Jina Reader and Google PageSpeed Insights read the public pages of the website you submit. They receive the website address, not your email.
  • Anthropic runs the AI that writes score reports and powers Alice. It receives the website text, your answers for a paid report, and the chat messages you type.
  • Searlo or Serper, and Apify are used only for paid reports, to find competitors in search results and read a public Instagram profile.
  • Resend sends our emails. MillionVerifier checks that an email address is real before we send to it.
  • Stripe takes payment for the paid report. We never see your card details.
  • Calendly handles call bookings.
  • Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) measure visits and advertising. See section 6.
  • Telegram, Google Workspace and n8n carry notifications and records to Felix: new scores, orders, chat leads and conversation logs, and a weekly backup of the free library list.

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States, the European Union and other countries outside Hong Kong. We use them only to run the services described here.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load on every page of the public site. They set cookies (_ga, _ga_799937D5G4, _fbp and, when you arrive from a Meta ad, _fbc) and record which pages you view and which actions you take, such as starting a score, opening the chat or booking a call. When you request a score, unlock the library, give your email to Alice or book a call, we also send Meta a server-side “Lead” event. It carries your IP address, user-agent, Meta's cookie values and, where we have it, your email in hashed (SHA-256) form, so Meta can link the lead to the ad that brought you. A completed purchase is reported to both with its value.

Our own cookies:

  • mw_sub remembers that you unlocked the free library. It holds your email in signed, encoded form and lasts a year.
  • msa_<id> lets you reopen your own score report without logging in. It lasts a year.

The site also keeps campaign tags and the referring website in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Meta's use of this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

7. How long we keep it

We keep score records, library sign-ups and chat logs for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Stop emails: reply “stop” to any email from us, or email business@mohrwolfe.com.
  • Leave the scoreboard: use the link in your score email, or email us.
  • See, correct or delete your data: email business@mohrwolfe.com with what you want. We reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you further rights, including Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law, the GDPR in Europe and the UK, and California's privacy laws. Email us to use any of them. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

Data travels over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to MohrWolfe, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

10. Children

The site is for business owners and is not aimed at anyone under 18.

11. Changes

When we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes that affect people on our email list, we also tell them by email.
