Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MohrWolfe Limited (“Mohrwolfe”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit mohrwolfe.com or submit our demo request form. It includes a dedicated section on California privacy rights, since this site markets to real estate agents across the United States, including California.
1. Who we are
MohrWolfe Limited
Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
Email: business@mohrwolfe.com
2. Information we collect
When you visit mohrwolfe.com or submit the demo form, we collect:
- Form submissions: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, your biggest call problem, and your consent to receive a demo call.
- Server logs: standard request metadata such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These come from our hosting provider (Vercel) and help us run and secure the site.
- Cookies and pixels (only if you accept): Google Analytics 4 (
_ga,_ga_799937D5G4) and the Meta Pixel (_fbp,_fbc). See Section 5 for details.
3. How we use the information
We use the information collected through this site only to:
- Trigger an automated demo call to the phone number you submit, so you can hear the AI receptionist handle a role-play customer scenario.
- Follow up by phone or email about the demo and a possible setup, where you have given consent.
- Run and secure the website, and measure how visitors find and use it.
- Comply with applicable law, including responding to lawful requests from regulators.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Service providers
Your form submission and the demo-call delivery are processed by a small set of service providers that act on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes server logs.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) stores your contact details so we can manage leads and notifies us by email when you submit the form.
- Our AI voice providerplaces the automated demo call to your phone, generates the AI receptionist's responses, and records the call for quality. The call begins with a short notice that the call may be recorded, in line with California's two-party-consent rule (Cal. Penal Code §§ 631, 632).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limitedreceives server-side “Lead” events with hashed email, name, and phone for ad attribution. See Section 5.
- Google Ireland Limited processes Google Analytics 4 data on our behalf.
5. Cookies, analytics, and the Meta Pixel
When you arrive at mohrwolfe.com a banner asks whether you consent to optional cookies. Nothing is set on your device until you click “Accept all”. If you reject:
- The Meta Pixel does not load at all.
- Google Analytics 4 runs in Consent Mode v2 with every storage category set to “denied”, which means it does not write the
_gacookies and does not identify your browser.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Separately, when you submit the demo form, we send a server-side “Lead” event to Meta via their Conversions API with your email, name, and phone hashed using SHA-256. Meta uses the hashed identifiers to attribute the demo request to the ad that brought you here. If Meta cannot match the hashes against existing accounts, they are discarded.
6. Phone calls
By submitting the demo form, you consent to an automated demo call from our AI receptionist to the phone number you provided, and to follow-up calls from Mohrwolfe about that demo. We do not send marketing text messages. You can stop further calls any time by saying so on the demo call or by emailing business@mohrwolfe.com. Standard call rates from your carrier may apply.
7. Cold email and CAN-SPAM
If we contact you by email as part of our outreach to US real estate agents, every email will identify Mohrwolfe as the sender, include our physical postal address (shown at the bottom of every page on this site), and offer a one-click unsubscribe link. We honour unsubscribes within ten business days as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
8. Data retention
We keep your form submission for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to comply with applicable laws. After our last meaningful contact we retain it for up to twelve months, then delete it. Call recordings from the demo call are kept for thirty days for quality review and then deleted unless you become a paying customer, in which case they may be kept longer under your service agreement.
9. Your California privacy rights
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), including:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (where applicable) sell or share about you.
- The right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information. The Meta Pixel may constitute “sharing” under the CCPA for visitors who accept cookies; you can opt out at any time by rejecting cookies in our consent banner or by emailing us.
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
- The right to be free from retaliation for exercising any of the above rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email business@mohrwolfe.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request”. We will respond within 45 days. We do not require you to create an account to exercise these rights.
Under California's “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civil Code § 1798.83), California residents can also request information about the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for that purpose.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. All traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted using TLS.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page is the current one.
12. Contact
